I started the Goal Digger Club because I kept meeting the same founder. Great product, real users who loved it, and no repeatable way to get more of them. After helping founders in the US and Europe since 2019, I wanted a room where people share what actually worked, channel by channel, with honest numbers.
The pattern I kept seeing
My first growth role was in 2020 at Neuphony, an EEG neurofeedback wearable that appeared on Shark Tank India. I handled design, social, content and organic acquisition. Before that I trained and qualified as an architect, then moved into design and product.
Since 2019 I have worked with founders across the US and Europe. Different products, different stages, different budgets. The problem was almost always the same.
- The product was good. Sometimes very good.
- Early users liked it and said so.
- The founder had no channel that produced new users on a predictable schedule.
- Every growth attempt was a one-off. A launch post here, a small ad test there, a podcast appearance that brought a spike and then nothing.
Distribution was treated as something that would happen after the product was finished. It never is. And the founders who figured it out mostly figured it out alone, by burning money on tests that someone else had already run.
That last part bothered me the most. Founders in the same stage, in the same category, were paying for the same lessons in parallel, and none of them were talking to each other about the numbers.
What I learned running growth at scale
Working on ZuAI, a consumer AI app, changed how I think about this. We took it from roughly 10,000 users to 2 million users at a $0.02 blended customer acquisition cost. Today that means managing about $300,000 a month in ad spend and testing 150+ creatives a month.
When The Tribune and Business Standard covered it in September 2026, the headline said most of the work was boring. That was the honest answer. There was no trick. There was a system: pick a channel, test it in volume, measure blended CAC, scale what repeats, kill what does not.
The rule I keep coming back to is this. A channel that produces ten customers is an experiment. One that produces them repeatedly inside a predictable CAC range is a growth engine.
Most founders I meet never get a channel past the experiment stage. Not because they lack talent, but because nobody showed them what the repeat stage looks like, or what the numbers should be when they get there. That is the gap the club exists to close. You can read the full breakdown in the ZuAI case study.
What the club is
The Goal Digger Club is a community for founders who want to grow their user base. That is the whole filter. Not founders who want to network. Not founders who want to talk about growth in the abstract. Founders who have a product and need more users, and are willing to do the work to get them.
Inside, the format is simple:
- Share what actually worked, channel by channel. Not “we did TikTok”. What the hook was, how many creatives it took, what the blended CAC came out to, and what got killed.
- Tear down each other’s funnels. Landing pages, onboarding, ad accounts, Reddit threads. Real screens, real numbers, direct feedback.
- Compare honest CAC numbers. The thing nobody posts publicly. Inside the club it is the baseline for every conversation.
I bring what I know from running TikTok UGC, Reddit marketing, paid performance, founder-led content and short-form video for apps. Founders bring what they know from their own channels. The point is that nobody pays for the same lesson twice.
What the club is not
I want to be clear about this, because the word community gets used to sell a lot of things.
- It is not a course. There are no modules to complete. There are playbooks, and they get updated when someone finds something that works better.
- It is not a mastermind upsell. There is no tier above it that I am quietly steering you toward.
- It is not a place for pitches. Nobody is selling services to each other inside the club.
- It is not a motivation group. If you want cheerleading, there are better places. If you want someone to tell you your CAC is too high and why, this is the place.
Who it is for
The club is built for founders in the US and Europe, because that is where I have worked since 2019 and where my numbers are most useful. Within that, the range is wide.
- Pre-launch founders who want to pick the right first channel instead of guessing.
- Early-stage founders with a working product and their first few hundred or few thousand users, trying to find what repeats.
- Scaling founders who have a channel that works and need to know how to add a second one without breaking the first.
By product type, it is mostly AI apps, consumer apps and SaaS. That is where my experience is deepest, and where the playbooks transfer best. If you run a hardware company or a services business, some of it will apply, but the club is not built around you.
What happens inside
Practically, three things.
Playbooks. Written, specific, updated. How to set up a TikTok UGC test. How to post on Reddit without getting banned. How to structure a creative testing pipeline when you are making dozens of ads a month. They are the same systems I use in app growth marketing for clients.
Funnel teardowns. A founder shares their funnel. The group takes it apart. What is the first thing a new user sees, what is the drop-off, what would we test first. Everyone learns from every teardown, not just the founder whose funnel it is.
Honest numbers. CAC by channel. Retention by cohort. Creative hit rates. The point of sharing these is not to show off. It is so that a founder testing a channel for the first time knows what good looks like before they spend.
Why the name
A goal digger is someone who digs into their goals and does the work. It is a play on gold digger, and the difference between the two is the difference between waiting for a reward and earning one. I wrote more about what a goal digger is if you want the longer version.
I chose the name because it described every founder I wanted in the room. People who are fine with boring work, as long as it is measured and it compounds.
How to join
The club is early. Right now, joining means putting your name on the waitlist at /club.
If you want to talk through your growth problem before that, you can book a call with me. And if you want to know more about how I got here, the about page has the background.
FAQ
What is the Goal Digger Club?
The Goal Digger Club is my community for founders who want to grow their user base. Founders inside share what actually worked, channel by channel, tear down each other’s funnels and compare honest CAC numbers. It is not a course or a mastermind. It is early, and joining is by waitlist at /club.
Who should join the Goal Digger Club?
Founders in the US and Europe, from pre-launch to scaling, who have a product and need more users. It is built mainly for AI apps, consumer apps and SaaS, because that is where my experience runs deepest. If you want cheerleading, it is the wrong room. If you want your numbers questioned, it is the right one.
How do I join the Goal Digger Club?
Put your name on the waitlist at /club. The club is early, so that is the only door right now. If you have a growth problem you want to talk through before then, book a call with me at topmate.io/arbhavesh and we can look at your numbers together.
