privacy policy

what this site collects

goaldigger.club is a static website. it sets no cookies of its own, runs no advertising trackers and has no accounts. our hosting provider (vercel) keeps standard server logs, which include your ip address and the pages you request, for security and operations. we do not use those logs to identify you.

when you fill a form

the forms on this site (contact, the club waitlist, and the "tell me about your app" form at the end of pages) send your answers to a private google sheet and to arbhaveshpanse@gmail.com. before saving, your email address is checked by an email verification service (reoon) to confirm it can receive mail; the check sees the address only. your answers are used only to reply to you and follow up about what you asked. the newsletter checkbox is opt-in: you are added only if you tick it, and every note has an unsubscribe link. ask us to delete your row and we will.

when you email us

the "join the club" and contact links open an email in your own mail app. what you send arrives at arbhaveshpanse@gmail.com. we keep it to reply to you and, if you asked to join the club, to contact you about the club. we do not sell it, share it or add it to a marketing list you did not ask for. ask us to delete it and we will.

booking a call

the "book a call" links go to topmate.io, a separate service with its own privacy policy. what you enter there is governed by it.

links to other sites

we link to press coverage, social profiles and tools. those sites have their own policies.

your rights

if you are in the eu, uk or california you have rights to access, correct and delete personal data we hold. since the only data we hold is email you sent us, write to arbhaveshpanse@gmail.com and we will act on it within 30 days.

changes

if this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
